Set & Forget recipe control
Enter the recipe ratio on the screen and press start. The machine doses and blends at that ratio continuously with nobody watching it. The operator’s job shifts from blending to purging and changeover.
4th Generation · Dual Powder
Two powder tanks plus regrind dosing on one machine. Suits a shop that needs both two powders and regrind in the same line.
Rather than reading the full spec sheet and guessing, start here. If these match your line, this is the model.
If you need two powders and fast changeover, look at the 5th Gen Dual-Powder.
Not sure about your melt temperature or usage rate? You do not have to work it out yourself. Send us the resin grades and color powder you actually run, we test on your materials and give you the data, and we discuss model selection from there. There is no charge for this step.
Blank items are pending engineering confirmation. We would rather leave them blank than publish a number we have not verified.

A recipe is only valid for the resin grade it was set on. The metering chamber is volumetric: the volume is fixed, so the weight per chamber moves with the bulk density of the resin (roughly 1.3 kg per chamber on PP, 1.7 kg on PS). Keep the same tooth setting and switch from PP to PS and the powder dose has not changed while the resin charge has grown heavier — the color comes out visibly lighter. Re-set the tooth position when you change resin grade. This is inherent to volumetric dosing, and it is covered in commissioning training.

Runs color powder or masterbatch. Change the parts, not the machine. If you want to move from masterbatch back to powder to cut cost, you do not need to buy a second unit.
Fully sealed mixing chamber — zero airborne dust. Gear metering needs no diffusion oil — zero mineral oil. Blended on demand with nothing left over — zero waste.
Split by generation, throughput and dosing configuration. If you pick the wrong one, we will tell you at the sample-testing stage.

Dual-powder and dual-material are different machines: on the dual-powder model both tanks hold powder (color powder with metallic pigment, color powder with mould release). The dual-material model handles multiple resin streams (resin with calcium carbonate, for example), for cases where the bulk densities differ too much to blend evenly in a tumble mixer and the heavy fraction settles out as soon as the hopper vibrates.
